The good thing about sandpiper is the dedicated help from all the nursing staff, but due to lack of nursing staff, who are overworked (and underpaid!!) mistakes are constantly made with the medicine trolley and when going on home leave.

Team is very thorough as well as knowledgeable. Treatment is explained very well and I also felt listened to. Regular appts meant consistent care. When the splint was made the OT did it until he got it completely right. Since wearing splint symptoms gone right down.
